Celebrating the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman with due dignity, celebrating the golden jubilee of independence, conducting college and madrasa based cultural activities, organizing folk cultural festivals, collecting female songs from Gaibandha and recording videos, increasing activities with local cultural organizations. Pure national music training in educational institutions.Providing, organizing cultural programs for children, youth, senior citizens, autistic, disabled and neglected people, organizing drama and cultural festivals, initiating training activities at upazila level, organizing programs with deceased persons, publishing annual bulletins, making  list of palakar, Organizing cultural festivals with the participation of upazilas, implementing art-cultural action plan for all through organizing workshops.
